count down to goal

and... then i didn't walk last night OR jog this morning.

  1. don't eat beyond plan
  2. drink loads of water
  3. walk
  4. sit-ups and push-ups
  5. get to bed early for a morning workout!
today's weight, btw? 152.8. ABUH? whatever. my goal for this week is 152.6. that's my goal. and i have 6 days to get there.
